Practice Area:

I am the Property Sales Manager, in charge of our Estate Agency Department.  

I oversee all aspects of our clients’ properties, from valuation through to completion. I coordinate with sellers and surveyors on home reports and energy performance certificates, prepare schedules, conduct viewings, and negotiate, and finalise offers.

Core Skills:

My goal is to offer a local, personalised, and customised estate agency service whilst fostering lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. I take great pleasure in guiding home movers through their buying and selling journeys, aiming to make the experience less stressful and more enjoyable.

Credentials:

I have accumulated over 13  years’ estate agency experience, based in Clarkston, Hamilton and East Kilbride, marketing properties in Lanarkshire and beyond.  

There’s more to me:

My son and daughter keep me busy at home. We like going for days out, eating at local restaurants and holidaying abroad.  I also enjoy raising funds for the Kilbryde Hospice in my spare time.
